You will just need to tell us the reference for the model you would like (these can be found on our website), the size and colour, plus the shipping details and payment method.
You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 1:30pm, and between 4:30pm and 8:00pm.
1. Select the product or products that you like the most, choose the size/s you want and add it/them to the basket. You can view the product/s you have selected in the basket at any time.

2. When you wish to complete your purchase, simply go to the basket and click “Begin purchase”.

3. Create a user account if you wish to save your details and receive regular news about our best offers by email, or simply select “Buy as a guest”.

4. Select the payment method you wish to use and click “Complete purchase”. If your details are correct, the order will be completed successfully and you will see an automatic order confirmation with the corresponding order number. You will also receive this information by email.
Avarcashop works hard to ensure that the colours of its shoes are shown as close to the real colour as possible. However, colours may be subject to variation depending on the brightness and other settings on your screen or computer monitor, and several other factors outside of our control.

Please bear in mind that deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes, and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries when only a post office box has been given as a delivery address.

To avoid issues with delivery (incorrect addresses, nobody home to accept the delivery…), it is essential that you fill in the contact boxes to provide your telephone number and email address.

Items bought from Avarcashop.com are usually transported by MRW, FEDEX, UPS and Correos.
Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes, and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries when only a post office box has been given as a delivery address.
The estimated delivery time will depend on the type of shipment. Delivery times act as a guide only and are based on the services of our logistical operators.

Remote areas may receive deliveries slightly later than the indicated delivery time.

Please bear in mind that delivery times refer to working days and are calculated from the time that the order leaves our stockroom. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

You can cancel your order at any time, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Please bear in mind that orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.

To cancel an order, send us an email with your order number and the email address you used to make the order.

If the order has already left our stockroom, then you cannot cancel it, but you will be able to return it once you have received it.
In general, to make a return you will need to ensure that the following conditions are met:

- The product must not be used, whether you wish to exchange it or simply return it.

- A return must be made no later than 15 days after you received or acquired the product.

Returning items bought online :

To return any product bought via our website, you will need to send an email to the following address info@avarcashop.com quoting the order number and the email address you used to make the order.

In addition to the conditions mentioned above, the order must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If you do not have the original packaging, you will need to substitute it with packaging of a similar size and capacity.

If all of these conditions are met, Avarcashop will refund you the cost of the purchase, minus the initial shipping costs and the cost of the return. If payment was made upon delivery, the additional charge applied to this payment method will also not be reimbursed. If there is a manufacturing fault or problem with the quality of the product caused by Avarcashop, you will be reimbursed for the initial shipping cost and the cost of the return.

The return will be processed within 10 working days (Monday to Friday) of the return being received. Once it has been processed, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed to you via the same method in which you made the original payment.

The cost of shipping will always be charged to the customer. Avarcashop shall not accept “freight collect” conditions under any circumstances.

Returning orders paid for by payment on delivery:

It is essential that you provide us with your IBAN, SWIFT or BIC details in order for the payment to be carried out.


Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands)

We will send a courier to you to collect the order that you wish to return. The shipping cost for returns is €5, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Once we have received your returned order, we will then refund the amount for the product.
If you have returned your purchase that was made online via our website, we will verify the goods and check that the reasons indicated are justified reasons for a return when we receive the order.

Once these have been verified, we will process the payment within a maximum of 10 working days (Monday to Friday) from receipt at our stockroom.

The payment shall be made via the same method used to make the original purchase. It will be visible in your account within 3 to 5 days of it being processed.
In general, to exchange for a different model or size, you will need to ensure that the following conditions are met:

We will send a courier to you to deliver your new order and, at the same time, collect the item you wish to exchange. When the courier arrives, you will need to pay €10 to cover transport costs (shipping of new order and return of old order).
